Beauty cure in winter




The Christmas season has passed, also did the holiday, the weather is cold, depressing and we feel tired. The hair doesn't look very well, even if we try to convince it to do so, the skin is very dry  and we don't find the energy to make pleasant things. 
Don't despair! There are a few solutions for this period of the year. 

Fresh juice
Drink fresh juice in the morning with an empty stomach. Don't full yourself with so-called natural juices sold in supermarkets.  There is no such thing. It is not so hard to peel off some fruits and vegetables for a fresh, healthy juice. Not only that it will energize you, but it will also increase your immunity system, which is very good for the winter season. .  You can combine a lot of fruits and vegetables, jut to make the juice fit your taste. 


Relaxing bath
If you are stressed, you should take a bubble bath, or use bath oil/ bath crystals.  It will relax you incredibly. Choose products which not only relax you, but also have a hydrating or toning effect on your skin. If you like to take a shower instead of a bath, then choose a shower cream with natural oils.

Chocolate makes you happy! It's true. And if you love your silhouette and avoid eating much, than use it on your skin! Choose body creams, shower gels, beauty masks with chocolate. An effect of chocolate body creams is that it makes your skin look glowing and tanned, and it also has a toning effect.

Happy colors
Colors can be used to create a state of well being. Don't wear fade or dark clors just because it's a gloomy weather. Wear at least one colorful clothing piece. Don't forget about lipstick and blush.

Relaxing massage is a great for your state of mind. If you don't afford going to a salon, than buy  massage oils to use at home. As beautiful as they smell, as great as you will fell after massaging them onto your skin. Choose the essence depending on the effect you want: energizing, relaxing, toning.

In this time of the year, you must use hydrating creams for face and body, because the skin tends to be dehydrated very easily. You should exfoliate your body and face at least once a week and afterwards apply hydrating products. Eliminating dead cells helps the hydrating product work better.

We usually forget to take care of the hair during winter and we hide it under a hat. You should use a hydrating mask after each hair wash and also hair oil, at least for the ends.
